With over 15 years of experience in the luxury sector, Sara has built a career defined by strategic vision and a deep dedication to high watchmaking and jewellery. She holds a Master's degree in Management from Nova SBE, complemented by postgraduate studies in Digital Marketing (Nova IMS), Marketing (IESA), and Luxury Marketing (UCP), bringing a multidisciplinary and international approach to the sector. She began her professional journey in advertising, collaborating with international agencies such as BBDO and Young & Rubicam, where she developed a refined sensitivity to brand communication and positioning. In 2009, she embraced the challenge of leading the operations of David Rosas in Lisbon, representing some of the most prestigious watch and jewellery brands, including Audemars Piguet, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Vacheron Constantin, A. Lange & Söhne, Cartier, Chopard, Chaumet, Boucheron and Bulgari. She speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, and German, combining an international outlook with a deep understanding of the luxury market. Her work is centred on client relationships, guided by the belief that authenticity and the humanisation of interactions are essential to building excellence, emotional connection, and long-term trust.

With a degree in management, Rodrigo later discovered his passion for the world of watchmaking. After a period in banking and finance, he decided to change direction and immerse himself in the watchmaking universe. His career began in luxury multibrand stores, working with brands such as Panerai, TAG Heuer, Chopard and A. Lange & Söhne, with a brief stint at Cartier, before joining Patek Philippe. Over the years, attention to detail, the brand's values and its legacy have become the pillars of his experience.

She arrived in Portugal as an exchange student, a country where she later chose to complete her academic education. After exploring different professional paths, she discovered a deep passion for the art of watchmaking, having worked with brands such as Chopard, Chaumet, Jaeger-LeCoultre and Grand Seiko. Recognised for her strong intercultural communication skills, she stands out for her ability to build meaningful relationships with clients from around the world. Her curiosity leads her to follow technical innovations and the dynamics of the watchmaking industry closely.

With a background in watchmaking, Tiago began his professional career at some of the most prestigious manufacturers in the industry. Over the years, he worked with the Richemont Group and brands such as Panerai, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Zenith, Grand Seiko and TAG Heuer, building a deep technical and commercial knowledge of high watchmaking. His experience allows him to combine a watchmaker's eye with a close understanding of the client. At Patek Philippe, he found the ideal space to continue developing that dual expertise, always guided by precision, tradition and watchmaking excellence.
